Updates: We have declared a Final Deadline For Poems: September 1, 2012 is the Official Deadline.  For real.  We mean it this time.

WANTED:
Poems that re-imagine or retell stories from every book of the Hebrew and Christian Bibles.  Give us the Bible's sexy, gritty, glittery side.  Open a mute character's mouth.    Set a story in a new time and place. 
We are still looking for submissions. 

We have pitched the idea to several presses, and eagerly await their responses.  All rights will revert to authors, always.  Just let us know if you’ve managed to publish that piece elsewhere so we can credit it and congratulate you.
